For Pilates Compass, I act as the ongoing technical partner for a live WordPress membership platform with paying subscribers, protected content, streaming video, workshops, community features and Stripe-powered access. The priority is to keep the business stable while shipping new product improvements without interrupting active members.
The engagement covers maintenance, priority support and weekly backup discipline, then extends into product development: hierarchical workshop categories and subcategories, Studio Class Plans with branded PDF export, better member guidance, automatic community enrollment, admin and member email notifications, Mailchimp audience tagging across the subscription lifecycle and an annual subscription plan wired into the existing Stripe flow.
The result is a maintained, backed-up and continuously improving platform: content is easier to browse, class-planning resources are more useful, community activity is amplified automatically, marketing list management no longer depends on manual updates and the business can sell both monthly and annual access from the same membership architecture.
