For UNEO, a Swiss insurance firm, I created a set of custom calculation forms designed to turn complex insurance quotation logic into clear, guided WordPress workflows. The objective was not to add a simple contact form, but to give the team a reliable business tool able to calculate premiums, collect the right variables and present the result in a way visitors could understand.
The mission was based on my WP Cost Estimation & Payment Form Builder plugin, then extended with a dedicated layer of custom logic. I configured and developed advanced insurance formulas, conditional fields, canton/index-related values, adjustment rules, preferred company choices, date-based values and several French and English form variants. The same logic also supports multilingual PDF generation, so calculated data can be transformed into language-specific documents without rebuilding each document manually.
A key part of the work was maintainability: several related forms needed to evolve together when shared values, labels or calculation rules changed. I therefore built the project around reusable structures and dynamic update mechanisms, reducing duplicate configuration and making future adjustments safer for the client. The result is an operational toolset for insurance teams: the visitor experience stays simple, while WordPress handles business rules, language-specific outputs and repeatable updates behind the scenes.
